It has already been indicated (28.1) that both roads meet in a point, which can serve as a germpoint for the entire horoscope. All things considered, both lines can cross over in it, or merge into each other there (9.2). In the psychological processing process, for example, it can occur that from within the uniqueness of ruler 1, as an inalienable identity, is awakened in the awareness of the person. This becomes then occurs in an inner awakening trajectory (4-8-12) that runs in a planetary combination from the outgoing conjunction along the entire outgoing and incoming arc to the incoming conjunction (26.5).
After all at the end of the ingoing arc the tensional potency of the Self of a combination of planets is exhausted (26.5), while the image of the Self vividly exists still (25.3). The person's attachment to the Self-image necessitates an emotional process (28.6) of converting and finally letting go.
In sublimating the vital force, which was governed by the Moon-Self along the arcs of aspects, is freed now. (19.1). In this ruler 1 disposes of its power for free, non-reactive (non-Moon) action; likewise Pluto's initiating power is available (10.2. 17.3, 26.5). Here subject and object merge in which the Moon projection turns over its direction as well as the focus of the arcs of aspects: A negative Moon (Zodiakal sign and house) turns into a positive one and vice versa, while for the aspects the ingoing arc turns into an outgoing one and vice versa. The planets become detached from the sign with which the relationship of the Self-centered I with the environment is reordered. The previously outlined factual freedom of action of ruler 1 in training and upbringing is ready for everyone to use. However, the inner "awakening" in the incoming conjunct is about identification. In this, ruler 1 functions from a representative presence.
Above all this, the elaboration of the rulersstructure pictures the analogous uniformity of the individual structure with that of the Zodiakal structure around the Earth (25.3.a). In resonance with this encompassing sphere the structured individual action reaches the world as contributing a non-personal input to objectivity (1.4). The objective, non-Moon-bound quality of the rulers automatically have this as a consequence.
Besides the structural fundament for the horoscopic interpretation we may find in the rulers an entrance for repeatablel, objective, analytical research (9.3).
Touchstones for interpretation of rulerstructures
1. The position and means of expression of ruler 1
The human germpoint is achored in the Ascendantpoint as a free and independant entity (9.2). His presence in this point is not subjected to personal (Moon) assumptions and not beholding the world through his own lenses (1.0.2). Therefore the ruler of the Ascendant stands for the persons ability to be just himself (9.2). The specific house in which this ruler is placed points to the circumstances where this authenticity functions at best and contributes in actions, concepts or presence.
2. The over-all placements of rulers
Just as in ruler 1 the placement in the houses of the remainig eleven rulers indicates the cicumstances in which their capacities can express themself each and possibly contribute to its encompassing sphere. (28.4)
3. The process-based cycli
A ruler placed in a house that is participating in a specific elementary cycle be it fire, earth air and water or in one of the three crosses, can contribute to a persons structured abilities. (28.4).
4. Resonance in an encompassing sphere
The two-way traffic (1.4) between the encompassing Earthly atmossphere on one hand and the limited individual sphere on the other pictures, seen from a broader scope, the impression of obligatory circumstances for the person and the other way around a chance for the individual to contribute by word and deed to the encompassing sphere, be it the family, the local situation or country as well as in fields of religious or political persuasion and sports spirits, a continent or the world as a whole. The resonance is automatically realized by the analogy of the individual structure with that of the encompassing sphere. The connections between the rulers (natured or nurtured) may give an impression of the structural contribition to that specific (cultural) field in which it can also provide a point of application for other participants in that field.
